Do you provide the blanks?
Yes we do! We have standard, premium and ECO premium qualities for all garments and items. We also have the option of producing your perfect garment from scratch - all made in Cyprus!
Do you have an MOQ?
We are not quantity driven, but we advise to not print anything below 10 pieces, we can explain this during an appointment with you!
Can I bring my own blanks or garments?
Yes you can, but we will request to bring us one before production to test it in order to assure that it meets screen-printing criteria.

Clients retain full rights to their submitted artwork.
-Chromerats does not claim ownership of client designs.
- We reserve the right to reject copyrighted/trademarked designs without proper licensing.
Screen Storage & Reprints
- For orders with potential reprints, we may store screens for 1–3 months (based on availability).
- Screens remain studio property—clients only own their artwork, not physical screens.
- After 1 month, screens may be reclaimed unless prior arrangements are made.

All garments produced & printed by Chromerats are custom-made to clients specifications, including design, size, and colour selections. Because these items are personalised and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If there is an issue due to our error (e.g., misprint, manufacturing defect, or incorrect fulfilment), we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Free Reprint – Replacement of the order with corrections (customer covers shipping, or other possible costs that are not in the initial invoice, if applicable).
- Studio Credit – A credit for the order’s value, redeemable within 30 days for future purchases.
Conditions for Reprints or Credit
- Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Clear photos/video of the issue must be provided for assessment.
Not eligible for reprints/credit:
- Errors in customer-provided artwork (e.g., typos, design flaws after approval).
- Colour variations due to screen/monitor differences.
- Change of mind after production begins.
- Improper care causing damage (e.g., not following care instructions, unknown stains after our quality check).
Discounted Reprint Option
If the issue does not qualify for a full reprint or credit, we may offer a discounted reprint. ( to be discussed)
